Irrespective of who manages Celtic, and especially now that Rangers are out of the picture, the FANS expect the Bhoys to win every game.
After all they should do because they are a financial giant amongst dwarfs up there.

By level of expectation you mean, the MANAGER of Celtic expects them to try to win every game whereas the MANAGER of West Ham clearly didn't, comma?

Yes, apparently West Ham is a massive step down but he's got the quality to handle the massive step up.
I'm gutted for him that we've been holding him back all these years but happy for him that he can now fulfil his potential at 32 years old.

I read it as him last playing for a mid table club and joining the top club in another country's league. He is dead right about the level of expectation in Glasgow compared to here.

Carlton Cole finally agreed a deal to sign with Celtic yesterday after leaving West Ham at the end of last season, and he has told the Daily Mail why it is a massive step up now that he has signed for the Bhoys.
Cole said: “My mentality really has to change. I am not at a mid-table team where I can go and play a big team and it is alright if you play well but don’t win. It can’t be like that any more. You have to win every game. It’s a massive step up. I have the quality but it’s getting the mindset that I have to win every game now.”
Where do you even start with that?
